I am going to display the entire property. However, it is too large to do before and after pictures all together, so I have split it up into sections, which are;

* The backyard

*  Northeast corner

* The north middle

* The Gulf side

Hurricanes Helene and Milton badly damaged the Property.

We performed the cleanup and partial re-landscaping, including total shrub cleanup, mulching, trimming trees as needed, and re-sodding.

We took this opportunity, at the homeowner's request, to convert the mulched paths in the backyard to sod. Due to the amount of shade we installed a new sod which the University of Florida recently designed. It was designed to be "shade-tolerant". I was a little nervous but as you will see, it turned out to look fabulous. I am well impressed with the new St. Augustine Citra blue sod, it looks all around better than Floratam and needs forty percent less sunlight. Furthermore, I very much recommend Citra Blue.

The Storms had moved a large amount of sand from the east property line along the gulf and had placed sand in the northwest corner and the gulf side. We had to transfer the sand from the front of the property to the very back.

While doing so we found several sink holes which were caused by cracks that had developed in the seawall. We repaired the sea wall then transferred the sand as needed.

We also had to rebuild a brick walkway and rebuild shrub beds using rail road ties.
